During the last twenty years, there is an increasing demand in the field of rehabilitation of buildings: repair of damages mainly due to earthquakes, structural and seismic upgrade, change of use, corrosion and durability problems and others. Our office covers the design and analysis of structural interventions to a wide variety of existing buildings, from reinforced concrete and steel buildings, to historic structures and monuments. We have invested in hardware and special software to cover the needs of structural assessment of existing buildings and the design and analysis of various interventions such as rehabilitation of damaged buildings and/or strengthening with steel members, diaphragms, micro-piles etc.
